REC Cost Recovery Program
The Research and Education Centers implemented a cost recovery program on January 1, 2026. Superintendents created this program to recoup direct costs for research projects on the REC farms. This program does not apply to departmental farms or the Griffin and Tifton campuses.

UGA Weather Network
The UGA Weather Network collects reliable weather information for agricultural and environmental applications. Each station monitors air temperature, relative humidity, rainfall, solar radiation, wind speed and direction, soil temperature and moisture, and atmospheric pressure.
